Since thesecondopinion online (or short form TSO) is only an advisory web site, all Users and Public at large are expected to have read the terms and conditions of usage which are specifically listed herein.
Each transaction between the User and TSO will commence from the time the ticket number is allotted to the User and will end with the closure of ticket number by the website.
The User’s query will be referred to any of TSO’s expert panel who will decide whether the query should be classified as Level 1, 2 or 3. User will have no specific choice in the selection of agent, although they can request for the same.
The specific feature of TSO is that User can choose to exit/ terminate the exchange upto the pre-payment stage . Similarly, TSO can also opt out without delivering an opinion upto pre-payment stage. No reasons need be stated in either case.
In case of any short payment, the website will demand balance payment prior to delivering opinion or if balance payment is not received with 10 days, may retain up to 50% of fee and refund the balance within 20 days
User details is not requested by TSO up to pre payment stage. However, for billing purposes, the User may request bill to be drawn up on specific name, address and GST number.
